How does waiting list work?
To be placed on the waiting list for a baby goat, please contact me. The waiting list is a first come, first serve basis. I require a $50.00 deposit, which will secure your place in line. I will accept a check for your deposit. Individuals are contacted once kids are born starting at the top of the list. If I am unable to meet demand, your money will be fully refunded. If there is a particular breeding pair you are interested in, I can try to accommodate this, but no guarantees. All bucklings will be offered prior to wethers. Once we are through the waiting list all goats will be listed on the Goats for Sale page. I will not sell single goats unless the buyer has additional goats at home, will be purchasing additional goats from another seller, or other arrangements have been made. Like us, goats prefer friends.
What is included with purchase?
Other than an adorable kid? Your baby goat will receive their first CD&T vaccine. I will also dis-bud does if you wish. Wethers will be castrated and all babies will be tattooed if registered. Registration paperwork will be provided unless you are purchasing from a non-registered goat. You will be responsible for registration fees if applicable.
How does payment work? When can I pick up my goat?
A 50.00 deposit is required per goat to reserve. I will accept a check for the deposit. Payment is required in full before any goat will leave our property. I will accept cash only when goat(s) are picked up. Arrangements can be made for other forms of payment such as check, Paypal or Venmo but must be done 10 days prior to pickup. Kids will be available for pickup at 8-10 weeks of age. At this time, I do not ship goats.
